At Organic Plus Ayurveda (www.organicplusayurveda.com), we take special care in ensuring that your products are delivered to you in the best condition and on time by partnering only with couriers companies of repute.

1. Our gourmet has free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1500 within India, and $500 outside of India. For those below the amount, a nominal shipping charge of Rs 80 will apply within India, and will be judged on a case to case basis for orders from outside of India. 2. Organic Plus Ayurveda’s delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package within 2 to 3 business days from the date of receiving the order. The areas covered for the local delivery are the ones that are inside or around Surat city.

3. Our courier partners deliver on working days, excluding Public Holidays.

4. You will be notified by email as and when your product is dispatched from our warehouse.

Note: Shipping charges may apply in rare cases where the weight of the package is high. The chrages may vary from country to country and with package content as well. We have a 3 day return policy and it is available only on unopened items from the date of delivery of the product. We will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. We request you to ensure that while returning the items they need to be packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged while they are in transit. The return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Orders made using coupon code cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. For goods bought on discount, the return will be through Organic Plus Ayurveda gift coupons/certificates.

For goods bought on MRP, we recieve return parcel and check product after we will refund money under 24 clock the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the amount in Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with a copy of the original invoice. Organic Plus Ayurveda reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.
